What is LBL?

Leaders Building Leaders (LBL) is an organic, leader-driven movement for supervisors and experienced leaders who are leading team(s) or taking on a leadership role. This website connects you with other leaders and resources to become more effective people developers.

The goal is to build a people development culture where every leader nurtures others' growth and helps other leaders succeed.

Why is this important?

As a supervisor or leader, it is important to recognise that you have an outsized influence on those you lead, especially on their growth and development. This impacts their engagement levels. Hence, it is essential that you role model the right behaviours and attitudes, and encourage other leaders to do likewise.
