About Leadership Xchange Directory

What is the Leadership Xchange Directory?

The Leadership Xchange (LX) Directory is an informal support network for leaders to offer advice and share their leadership experiences. Whether you are a newer or more established leader, you are welcome to reach out for leadership support.

1. Nature of engagement: Interactions are designed as ad-hoc leadership advisory conversations, rather than regular long-term commitments.

2. Availability: As LX leaders serve on a volunteer basis, they may have periods when they are unavailable. You are encouraged to connect with a few LX leaders if you need more support.

2-Step Guide to Connect with a Leader

Step 1: Identify your preferred leader from the LX Directory and complete the connection form on their profile page.

Step 2: Receive a system-generated email confirmation after form submission. You are encouraged to review the email and engage the LX leader thereafter.

Note: If you do not receive any email confirmation, or have not heard from the leader in the next 1-2 weeks, please contact us at PSD_LBL@psd.gov.sg for assistance.

Sign-up as an LX Leader!

We welcome all leaders with supervisory experience to join our growing LX community of 69 leaders.

To join, simply submit a profile of yourself and areas you would like to share with other leaders. Your profile will be uploaded within 3-5 working days.

• Managing career transitions and growth

• Building effective stakeholder relationships
