Background & Key Achievements

I started my career doing skills framework development in SPRING/WDA, before moving on to join MOF. In MOF, I have taken on a variety of roles in different teams, ranging from managing the development and implementation of shared HR, Finance and Procurement system, policy work in corporate regulations in developing the accountancy sector and accounting standards, overseeing public sector performance governance and reporting, development project policies, and most recently procurement policies, systems and transformation. I have also done an operational stint in LTA overseeing procurement operations and process design re-engineering. The diversity of the subject matter and the stakeholders I have had the chance to work with have had a strong influence on me to focus on the people and the team, and to always have an open mindset with regards to taking new challenges and encouraging people around to do the same.
