Background & Key Achievements

Spent my whole career in MTI family focusing on economic development. Started my career in EDB with 6 years spent in EDB's offices in SF and Chicago. Followed by 10 years in SPRING, first as Deputy CEO and then as CEO. Followed by 4 years as JTC CEO. Then joined the Admin Service as 2PS MTI. Merged SPRING Singapore and International Enterprise Singapore to form Enterprise Singapore and served as its 1st CEO for 5 years. Returned to EDB as Chairman 2 years ago. My work experience includes economic/industry/enterprise development, and engaging global and local businesses. A significant part of my experience covers strategic repositioning and transformation of organisation, organisation development, people development, operations.
