I have held strategic leadership roles in the MOM across key portfolios including foreign manpower management, manpower policy development, systems development and service excellence. As the Ministry QSM, I led transformative initiatives to enhance MOM's service delivery. A key achievement was spearheading MOM's Excellence in Service movement, where I developed a comprehensive service blueprint and implemented the H.E.A.R.T. Service Principles. This framework revolutionised our approach to customer service, establishing new standards for policy implementation and service delivery within the ministry and its partners. These initiatives have significantly enhanced MOM's capability to deliver consistent, high-quality service to our stakeholders.
