I have some 30 years of experience in policy, operations, re-envisioning and re-organising teams. I have led in different ministries and have led large teams. I have interesting stories to tell about crisis management, and have some depth in organisational development, with a good balance of designing new policies and seeing through the implementation with fidelity.
Background & Key Achievements
Have done policy roles in then Ministry of the Environment and Ministry of Manpower. As well as policy, organisation development, operations and leadership roles in Ministry of Education. Oversaw a large re-organisation in MOE (300 staff), organised the jubilee year celebrations for MOE while handling part of the earthquake in Mt Kinabalu where some students and staff died, and oversaw the school operations during COVID-19. Now I lead some 32,000 professionals and 6000 allied educators and administrative staff.
