I am currently a Senior Director at PSD, where I oversee strategic initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency across government operations. Some key achievements include leading large-scale transformation programmes that improved service delivery across multiple agencies and establishing frameworks that have supported thousands of officers in developing their capabilities.
My own leadership journey wasn't always smooth. When I first transitioned into a senior leadership role, I was overwhelmed by the responsibility to lead organisations and navigate complex stakeholder relationships. Fortunately, I had mentors who helped me understand the ins and outs of leadership, from building team culture to making strategic decisions that impact multiple agencies.
