I started out by applying my engineering knowledge in occupational safety and health regulatory compliance and transitioned into specialised roles focusing on system safety, risk management and the prevention of major accidents. I moved into management and took on responsibilities for the Major Hazards Department, followed by the OSH Specialist Department.
