A former journalist turned government communicator, I am passionate about building teams and helping younger officers grow. I have led Communications and Engagement teams in several Ministries, a statutory board and a tertiary college in the last one and a half decades. When not at work, I’m a crazy cat lady who loves to travel. I recharge by hanging out with friends over good food and wine.

Background & Key Achievements
I started my career in SPH's Lianhe Zaobao and Channel U News, and served as its Health Correspondent for about 6 years.
Thereafter, I joined the government's Information Service, and had done postings at MOE, MSF, MOM, MDDI (COG role) and MOH as an Information Officer.
I also had two-year stints at URA and Yale-NUS College as head of their comms units.
How Can I Help
Happy to share my perspectives and be a sounding board on managing tensions in work and life. Also happy to share my experiences in comms, media, engagement, stakeholders mobilisation, as well as building capabilities/instincts to work as WOG.
