I strongly believe in people development. It is a journey which has taken me into education, career guidance, leadership and staff development roles for the past 15 years in MOE and MOM. I'm husband to a fellow educator and daddy to two primary school kids. Happy to learn from and to journey with other budding educators or leaders along this journey of leadership in the public service.
