Background & Key Achievements
12 formative years in MOM, and was involved in manpower development (pre WDA/WSG), foreign manpower management, national HR capability development and work injury compensation. Loved the strong teamwork, camaraderie and people-centred culture @MOM.
13 years in MOE in 3 director roles, and was involved in HR, education financing and procurement work. Enjoyed the opportunity to work on large systems, and was greatly inspired by the strong sense of mission by our educators. Learnt a lot about working with and partnering sector specialists.
Now @VITAL, leading a team committed to delivering quality corporate shared services for public sector agencies. Enjoying the challenge of keeping the system performing and reliable, while transforming for the next bound.
