Background & Key Achievements

I began my career at the Health Promotion Board (HPB), working on the National Smoking Control Programme before moving into strategic planning. I then joined the Land Transport Authority (LTA), where I spent close to nine years across a range of roles in corporate planning, corporate transformation, bus policy, and foreign vehicle permits. My work on negotiated bus contracts was recognised for its rigour and commitment, and I was honoured to receive the LTA Merit Award in 2014.

I subsequently joined the Public Transport Council (PTC), where I served for close to eight years in roles spanning transformation and research analytics, and policy and regulation, before moving on to my current role.
