Hello! I am a mum of two little girls, passionate about service delivery and making things work for users.

I currently oversee the work pass systems in MOM, and have done policy and corporate postings in MOM, MOF and GovTech. I also worked in the UK Behavioral Insights Team in London and was a research fellow with Parsons School of Design DESIS Lab and Public Policy Lab in NYC.
