My current role is to drive HR sector transformation with Tripartite and industry partners. Prior to this, I have done various policy/ops-policy and planning positions in MOM (as well as a shorter period in EDB) to develop Singapore's workplace, workforce and human capital development policies and strategies. My immediate past role was leading MOM's Co-Lab, an in-house innovation lab, to drive human-centric and data-driven approaches e.g. behavioural insights, design thinking, data analytics & ops-tech integration.
I am passionate about making a positive difference to the work lives of the workforce and those around me. So I love reading about and applying various positive psychology theories e.g. motivation, resilience, trust, well-being etc.
