Currently with Manpower Strategy, MOH - looks into attraction and retention strategies for healthcare workforce in acute and community care, and foreign workforce policy. We recently introduced the long term retention scheme for nurses.

Before MOH, I was with MCCY Sports Division - worked on government takeover of Sports Hub. I spent most years in MOF - Fiscal Policy & Resilience/Security deskhead.
