Perhaps my value comes from “having been around awhile” *smile*. (There probably is some Hokkien phrase about birds that describes this more viscerally but not appropriate to put it here.)

I’m into my 9th job in the Public Service, and have been fortunate to have stints in finance, social, I&E, security sectors as well at centre of government institutions, like PMO-Strategy Group.

The two most important challenges for leaders are (a) how to operate in the present but concurrently prepare for the future (i.e. the proverbial drive the car as you’re changing the tyres) and (b) inspiring others. I don’t have the perfect wisdom in these, but would be happy to hear and exchange ideas with others!

Also, I’m a mother (of three), wife, sister, and daughter. Those who want to exchange survival tactics are also welcome to contact me.
