Have been involved in enforcement related work in the past few years. Currently handling enforcement of employment-related laws. Been leading large teams in the past few years so happy to share about challenges and what I have tried. Also did a lot of engagement of NGOs especially the more difficult and vocal ones. Happy to exchange experience in that aspect as well.
