Currently steers the operational policies, strategies, programmes and interventions of the Inspectorate in MOM. Other experience includes development of workplace policies, engagement, capability building and international relations. My leadership philosophy is to always treat people right and I prioritise investing in people and building relationships. Look forward to engaging the next generation of leaders to exchange ideas in doing our work differently and innovatively, and exchange experiences in managing teams of diverse backgrounds.
