Teacher by training and had opportunities to serve in education in different capacities. Most proud of being involved in UPLIFT to support students from disadvantaged backgrounds amongst other work in school leadership development, managing crises (like COVID) and curriculum policy (e.g. latest changes to the GEP).
I believe in agile leadership, anchored on people-centred design thinking principles.
