I currently oversee operations at ACE Group including Recreation Centres, Primary Care Plan and Onboard Centre for Migrant Workers. I was previously involved in Crisis Preparedness, Labour Relations Ops Policy and CPF retirement policies in MOM.

I started my family late and currently have 2 young kids aged 1 and 3 years old.

I believe in treating everyone with respect and how I would like to be treated. I encourage team members to share their views to contribute to more robust and better-considered decisions. Ultimately, leaders have to decide and take responsibility for their decisions.
