Hey there!

I graduated Mass Comm and ended up doing the policy grand slam serendipitously - education, the MRT, foreign workforce - things Singaporeans always have an opinion about. Was seconded to Carousell as their first Strategy Director even though I had no business being in business (no BBA, no MBA), and had the fortune to drive their M&A projects, including the unicorn round and their five-year strategy refresh.

Now paying it forward. Happy to share why I stay on in the public service despite being a free spirit, and the leadership journey and imposter syndrome (you’re not alone in this), and being a practical sounding board to help develop your own set of tools and perspectives that you can apply in various contexts.
