In the earlier part of my public sector career in a few Ministries and then in MOM, I was mainly doing policy formulation work. Then it evolved to ops policy of translating policies into ops. Now I am leading an organisation which is an ops outfit providing frontline service.

I enjoy learning new stuffs and getting different perspectives and insights. Hope to share and also learn from others.
