Hi! I’m Melissa, currently at CPFB. Prior to this, I was at MOE as DS/Policy and subsequently DS/Higher Ed and skills. Have done stints mainly in the social sector and central agencies, with private sector stints in between – was at Shell downstream consultancy for 2 years. In 2012, ran the programme office for the national conversation (Our Singapore Convo).

So for those considering pte sector stints, trying to figure out how to go about a national engagement exercise or approaching a leadership transition, happy to be a sounding board.

Outside of work, most time is spent with family. Am a homebody at heart, and currently growing a yummy edible garden.
