Hello! I’m Marvin, currently with ICA.

I started out my public service career in drug law enforcement with CNB. Did a stint in MTI, back to CNB, before moving on to MHA/JOG. Now in ICA.

My experience is largely in law enforcement, security, contingency planning, managing frontline operations, and dealing with failures .. 😊
