This is my 2nd stint in the public service; 5th organisation I've worked in (after two public sector organisations and two private sector companies); and 8th role in 11 years in my current organisation. Some will say that I'm a specialist in generalist work. Others will say that everything I did revolved around my life passion of sport performance and development. I will say I'm just here to build systemic structures to enable future generations to be able to pursue their aspirations and realise their dreams in Singapore.
