Hi! I'm Su Hsing, currently Director of Communications and Engagement at MOM. I'm an Information Officer and have served several POHs as Press Secretary, and took up postings at PMO, MDDI, MSE, and MOE prior to MOM.
Before my career in comms and engagement, I worked at MINDEF, Enterprise SG, Citi and Chatham House, which offered very diverse experiences and interesting exposure to security, economic, and IR issues.
I am blessed with very good mentors who have been instrumental to my fulfilling career in the public service. Would definitely be keen to pay it forward by similarly sharing my experiences with others.
Outside of work, I have a daughter aged 10 who keeps me grounded and mentally stimulated by constantly questioning all my decisions. I love dogs and have a 3-year-old pomeranian. It's probably not modest to say I am a good cook -- but what I lack in skills, I certainly make up for in enthusiasm as a foodie.
