Hi, I’m Wei Li. I’ve kept my specialisation in education, even as I had postings to other ministries (MOM, then ENV). So I’m a specialist with generalist skills and networks. I’ve started several divisions in my career,  so I’ve some experience in building, reculturing and growing  large teams from scratch.

Outside of work, I’m an outdoors person who loves any activity in nature (running, cycling, trekking, climbing, kayaking, etc but master of none). Unfortunately the rest of the family do not share the same interests.
