Started off as a police officer - did ops, planning, intelligence, etc. Then worked at PMO, MOM, then-WDA (today’s WSG and SSG), EDB, MHA, and today PMO Strategy Group cum NSCS.

Have worked in a variety of organisations, some at the top of their game, some needing serious refresh, and others just starting up.

Have had reason over the years to question the purpose of the work being assigned and roles being played, and finding my own answer to that; as well as my own purpose in the service.

Have experienced success, fulfilment, as well as setbacks and disappointment.

The greatest joy is with the people I have worked with - seeing them grow, some achieving far more than they ever imagined, and being part of teams and organisations that were purpose-driven and made important contributions together.
