I’ve done many interesting things over the past 15 years, e.g. managing inflow of new citizens/PRs, censoring films/books/plays, building new libraries, studying people’s reading habits, upgrading broadband and mobile networks, managing QSM complaints, helping SMEs go digital and grappling with opportunities/risks of AI.
