Proud to have started my career as a secondary school English, Literature and Drama Club teacher - before taking on various leadership roles in MOE, the National Arts Council, and now, the Singapore Symphony, as well as 3 years at the Municipal Service Office (MND) during COVID. I believe in the importance of all the Ps: People, Partnership, Passion, and Purpose - and the Power of the arts to change lives. Diversity and inclusion are also important to me.
