Kee Ee Wah - Director, Labour Relations and Workplaces Division, MOM

Hi! I’m Ee Wah. Currently in LRWD where I lead a team to drive transformation and innovation in services and operations. I run the Ops Technology Project Office as both System Owner and Chief Product Owner where we developed the claims and disputes management system for MOM and TAL.

Prior to this, I led the work injury compensation transformation journey at OSHD. I was also fortunate and did stints in many areas of manpower including corporate planning and development, corporate comms, regulatory and enforcement, industry development at then-WDA (now WSG) and global talent attraction at Contact Singapore, EDB.

I am passionate about helping officers realise and maximize their potential, and about how we can play an important role in strengthening organisation capability.

Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, cycling, spinning, jogging and being in nature.
