Jasmine Koh - Director, Foreign Workforce Policy Department, MOM

Prior to joining MOM’s Foreign Workforce Policy Department, I was an economist at MAS for about 10 years. I enjoy working with a team of highly-motivated officers to make change for the better, starting from first principles but also being nimble enough to find common ground with stakeholders. Work is always challenging (and endless), so another area that is important to me is developing a team culture where everyone feels safe and seen, so that they can grow and contribute together.
