I started my career in Singapore Prison Service as a psychologist. I’ve led teams in research, program design & evaluation, data analytics and family policy at MSF. I am currently leading a team to provide public safety and security leadership training.
My leadership philosophy is to empower staff to lead themselves and those around them. I want staff to be inspired by their work and continue to learn and develop themselves to their best potential.
