I started out at MHA in strategic planning and development, before moving to human resource.
Took a secondment to what was then called MICA and was involved in strategic planning, international relations, media and content policy.
Since the formation of MCI (now MDDI), I have been overseeing the sentiment and behavioural research function.
I’ve also had the opportunity to serve as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and as Managing Director of a research organisation.
