As Deputy Commissioner (Policy), I oversee matters related to strategic planning, resourcing, technology, logistics, risk management and human resource in SPF.

Before this current role, I held the posts of Deputy Commissioner (Investigation & Intelligence), Director CID, Director Operations and Commander Bedok Division in SPF. I also held the post of Senior Director (Policy Development Division) in MHA.
