Career diplomat who had a “software upgrade” with stint in IMDA. Stumbled into MFA with a law degree, and served overseas posting in New York and London. Did practically most issues in MFA either directly or indirectly. Every day is still a learning journey, as the world does not stay still, and the geo-political situation will create sharper challenges but hopefully also opportunities for Singapore. Passionate about the need for Singapore to stay engaged internationally, which goes beyond the public service, from our businesses to academia.
