Edwin Chua - Brigade Commander, 3rd Singapore Infantry Brigade, SAF, MINDEF

Hello! I’m currently working on HR policies for the weird and wonderful creature that is MINDEF/SAF, focusing on the recruitment, retention, reward, and retirement of our uniformed and non-uniformed (a.k.a. DXOs) personnel.

In my prior jobs, I’ve had the opportunity to work on Education Policies (from Primary School to JC, and everything in between), Cyber Strategy and Policy, and Planning and Capability Development. 

I’ve also had the privilege and honour to lead units at the platoon, company and battalion levels, turning boys into men, and teens into citizens and soldiers.
