Newly appointed CE (Apr 2024). Prior to that, spent more than a decade each in MOM and MOE in variety of roles.

Started off as policy officer at MOM and got more involved in ops-policy and ops work over time. Subsequently made the move to MOE where I did HR and finance & procurement.

Happy to chat and share experiences with anyone who is thinking of moving (a) into ops domain from the policy domain, (b) into central admin domain from other sectoral domains, or (c) moving into new organisation after spending many years in another.
