I spent a large part of my career in MOM, with the opportunity to experience various job postings in policy, ops and corporate development. Some of my more interesting job experience include frontline customer service, setting up the Behavioural Insights and Design Unit in MOM, improving housing standards of foreign worker dormitories, managing foreign manpower issues during COVID-19, etc.
