Hi. I’m Chan Tsan, currently CE/HTX and also DS(Development) in MHA.

I see the CE’s job as that of a Chief Enabler. I put in place the right people, culture, structure and processes to enable officers to succeed, grow and have fulfilling careers.

Outside of work, I’m a father of 4, a lifelong Liverpool fan, foodie and recreational cyclist & jogger. 

I feel truly to have spent 22 very purposeful and satisfying years in the Public Service and would be most happy to have a chat and share experiences.
