Celia started out as a litigation lawyer. It was an Act of God that made her leave private practice to join EDB where she has taken on roles covering sectors such as digital media, consumer electronics, logistics and prof services. She also took a secondment to MinLaw. She now leads the Hub Strategy division and the Int’l Org Prog Office at EDB. Married with a young child, she is passionate about supporting officers balancing work and caregiving.
