Adeline Ng - Director / WSHI and PICS (OSHD), MOM

I am a Chemist-turned-Statistician with over 15 years of experience in analysing labour market and socio-economic issues. My experience spans from R&D in an ultra-high vacuum environment, to validation of a pharmaceutical plant to ops policy-making to market analysis. I believe it is ok to switch careers and try different portfolios to discover your calling. I am concurrently DWSHI and DPICS within OSHD.

To me, everyone is guided by their values, mental models and belief systems. That inner voice, directs our decision-making and views about the issues of life, and of course leadership.

I am married with an 18-year old son. It may come as a surprise, but I like sport fishing. However, after joining OSHD, the fishing boat at sea causes me unease as it is really filled with too many hazards!!

As a mentor, I am not a 'know-it-all'. But I am happy to share my experiences, perhaps encourage you when you are down and exchange views together!
